At the start of the new millennium, Lily decided to open her own business after the company that she was working for downsized.  Java House Imports started with a single table in the French Market of New Orleans, and has evolved into a multi-faceted company.  Lily's passion for Indonesian arts and her knowledge of Indonesian mythology come together.  The creation is a blend of the most unique crafts that all tell a special story.  Brian's obsession with rocks and minerals has influenced the companies jewelry designs over the years.  Each jewel is a piece of art, just like the handcarved wooden and stone statues........and ultimately unique.   

Our goal is to provide you with unique arts and crafts from all over the Indonesian archipelago. There is something for everyone.  From that little special gift for someone to that large detailed handcarved statue just for you, you're sure to find yourself a piece of paradise.
